Game Recap

The Trojans started the game with the ball and threw an interception that was returned for a touchdown. On the following possession, the Trojans fumbled the ball away to the Warriors. The Trojans were able to get a stop and force a turnover on downs by the Warriors. The Trojans soon punted the ball away and the Warriors took the ball to the endzone during their third possession and took a 15-0 lead into the second quarter.

During the second quarter, the Trojans were able to get inside the Warriors 5 yard line after Cameron Pratt caught a pass and ran for 41 yards. The Trojans however, were unable to score as another interception was thrown. The Warriors were able to get another score on their next possession. The Trojans finally got on board with Cameron Pratt taking a reverse 36 yards for a touchdown. The following kickoff was recovered by the Trojans. The Trojans were unable to get anything going and the half ended with the Warriors in front 22-6.

The third quarter started with the Trojans kicking off and again were able to recover an onside kick. The offense was unable to get any traction and was forced to punt the ball away. During the third quarter the Warriors added another touchdown and took at 30-6 lead into the fourth.

During the fourth the Warriors added another score and were driving again before the Trojans came up with a fumble recovery. The ensuing possession by the Trojans was their best of the night. The drive went 95 yards and ended with a Camron Neeley 11 yard touchdown run. On the drive Austin Keefover ran very hard and was able to break a couple of big runs. The fourth quarter ended with the Warriors 37 and the Trojans 14.

Leading the way running the ball for the Trojans was Austin Keefover with 15 carries for 81 yards. In receiving, the Trojans were lead by Cameron Pratt with 41 yards. Defensively, the Trojans were lead by Gavin Fletcher with 11 tackles, Austin Keefover with 9 tackles, and Brett Czahor and Andrew Kasten with 7 tackles apiece.

The Trojans are next in action on October 6th at Frontier.
